 Help Us keep You Safe

1.  Always follow the rules and terms of service provided by the Xtreme Team. 

         Please review Words from the Pony and Horses.

2.  Everyone is required to sign a Liability Release before any participation. 

3.  Do not feed the pony or horse unless given permission by the handlers. 

4.  Approach the pony or horse as instructed by the handlers. 

5.  No smoking anywhere on the premises, around the ponies or horses. 

6.  Must wear helmets while riding the pony or horse unless, unless a refusal agreement is signed. 

7.  No running, jumping, yelling or fast movement directly behind or within close proximity of the pony or horse.

8.  Do not walk or stand directly behind the pony or horse.  

9.  Never wave a stick or any object at the pony or horse.  

10. Never put hands, fingers or mouth near the pony 
     or horse nose.

11. Never pull the pony or horse body parts, including hair, tail or ears. 

12. Never push another person waiting in line to ride.

13. Do not climb or sit on the fence at stable.

14. Do not climb on the pony or horse. Handlers will instruct participants.

15. Xtreme Team is not responsible for any theft or damage to any and all personal property including but not limited to vehicles, trailer or personal effects.
    
16. Do not bring dogs or pets to the stables or property, unless they are attached to a leash at all time.

17. Please dispose of your trash properly. "Don't be a liter bug." 
      
18. Driveway speed limit is 10 mph or less.

19. Xtreme Team reserves the right to close property, trail or end participation for safety at any time.  
      

20. We do not hitch a pony or horse to  a carousel or swing. Handlers walk the pony or horse. This is an added security and educational advantage. Handlers are near your child, enabling them to ask questions.

21. Safety rules and instructions are discussed before the event or party starts.

22. A release, waiver must be signed by the parent of each child participating with pony and/or horse activities.  

23. Please keep all dogs on a leash, and away from the event area for safety reasons.

24. Only single riding is allowed. No double riding.

25. Wet clothing is not allowed on the saddle. Please ensure all participants are dry.

26. No eating or drinking while riding the pony or horse. 

Health Issues "Recommendations by the State and Federal Health Department":

1. Soap and water should be available to everyone at the event or party. Participants should wash hands before and after touching the pony or horse. Hand sanitizer. Hand sanitizer is acceptable.


Instructions for good hand washing:
Wash your hands for at least 15 seconds.

2. Do not allow your child to have toys or objects that will be placed in their mouth (I.e. pacifiers) near the pony or horse for sanitary reasons.
