How it Works

Recommended Schedule, Preparation & Book the Event!

The number of ponies or horses you will need to invite is determined by the number of guest or participants attending the event. One pony or horse can accommodate approximately 15 guests in 1 hour, each riding a minimum of two times. 

We recommend using the "Team System". Inviting two animals to attend your event allows participants to ride side by side. 

Expect our team to arrive for setup approximately 15-20 minutes prior to your scheduled time.
 
Please have parking available- our truck & trailer require at least 2-3 car lengths.

Shade is necessary in warmer weather for protection of our pony or horse. If shade is not available, please notify us at time of booking so we can discuss options.

Participants gather and review safety rules. Meet the pony or horse as they are groomed and tacked up. Children take turns riding, if included in your order-pictures are taken, group picture is taken, games and then wrap it up!


1. Check the Availability Calendar for date & time.

2. Scroll down this page and complete the Booking 
    Request Form, or click this link to print a Form    
    and fax to 704-986-4005.     

3. Pay the $50.00 deposit: (Two payment options)
     -1st Option:  Click on Sale Barn                       
                        -In the Change Category drop down 
                         list, select Booking Request
                         Deposit
                        -Click View Details and proceed to
                         checkout or continue shopping.
                        -keep your confirmation receipt

     -2nd Option: Call 704-269-8900 x520 and
                         make a deposit by phone 8am- 5:30pm EST.

4. Xtreme Team will call or email to review and 
    confirm Booking Request Form, date &
    time availability.

5. Fax the completed & signed forms to 704-986-4005
     Liability, Agreement & Participant Liability Forms.

6. Pay half (50%) of the balance.

7. Pay the remaining balance before your scheduled
    party or event date.

      -Sale Barn- I need to pay my Remaining balance!
      -Mail: balance must be received 7 days inadvance
        
In order to remain in compliance: Steps 2-7 must be completed before Xtreme Team will be able to attend your party or event.
